What to Expect During Your Visit
Thank you for your patience and cooperation. Our team remains committed to delivering exceptional care while maintaining a safe environment for you and our staff.
Upon arrival, your pet will be evaluated by our triage team to determine the level of urgency. Patients are seen in order of medical need, and all are monitored regularly throughout the visit.
One of our veterinarians will perform a full physical examination and contact you to review findings, discuss treatment options, and provide a care plan with a cost estimate.
Some pets may return home the same day to continue care with their primary veterinarian. Others may require hospitalization, in which case you will receive daily updates from our medical team. If preferred, your pet may be transferred to your family veterinarian during normal business hours.
As an extension of your primary care provider, Points East will share a full medical summary to support continued care.
